On 20th May Kieran and Hannah had Huon and Channel Cross-Country at Kingston Primary School. Hannah was the first of the two to race in the Grade 4 Girls A Division event. She was off to a great start but, unfortuately, twisted her ankle about 3/4 of the way through.
Kieran's event was one of the last events of the day. He did a great job on a really challenging course and came 6th in the Grade 6 Boys A division event. Cross Country at Huonville Primary consists of running around the oval area which is very flat. When they get to Huon and Channel the course is very steep and has lots of hills so I think they were all in shock!
